If you have a suggestion for improving Manuscript Central, Proceedings
Central or Abstract Central, please let us know. We value all
client suggestions and strive to continuously improve the product.
In general, requests for enhancements or changes to Manuscript
Central are reviewed by ScholarOne's Product Management team.
Once the Product Management team has reviewed the suggestion,
it is given a priority rating based on the potential benefit to
all clients, ease of implementation, and alignment with general
product direction. Because we must balance each individual journal's
needs against the needs of our entire customer base, these suggestions,
if approved, may take more than a year to be included into Manuscript
Central.
Once your suggestion is submitted, we will contact you if we
need clarification about this suggestion or to notify you that
we plan to implement this feature in a future product release.
